Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and connecting your Instagram Business account to the Unovia AI Platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unovia AI provides an AI-powered Instagram messaging agent that automatically replies to direct messages, triggers DMs from comments and story replies, and captures lead information on your behalf. The Service uses the Meta Instagram Business API under your authorization.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Instagram Business Account linked to a Facebook Page and comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Meta's policies and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing content
• You may not use the Service to violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards
• You are responsible for all content sent through your AI agent
• Automated messages must comply with Instagram's messaging policies

5. Subscriptions and billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific business outcomes from using the AI agent. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of all automated messages sent from your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unovia AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or account suspension by Meta.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and deleting your Unovia AI account from settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
