Unovia AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Unovia AI Platform at amber.unovia.ai. This policy explains what data we collect when you connect your Instagram Business account to our service and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Your Instagram Business account ID and connected Facebook Page ID
• Direct messages received by your Instagram account (to power AI replies)
• Comments on your Instagram posts (to trigger automated DM responses)
• Lead information (name, email) captured by your AI agent from conversations
• Conversation transcripts used for analytics and AI improvement
• Account authentication tokens required to act on your behalf via the Instagram API

3. How we use your data

• To send automated DM replies to your followers on your behalf
• To detect keyword triggers and story replies and send pre-configured responses
• To capture lead information into your connected CRM or leads table
• To display conversation analytics in your dashboard
• We do not sell your data or your followers' data to third parties

4. Data retention

Conversation data and leads are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us or disconnecting your Instagram account from the platform, which triggers immediate deletion of all associated tokens and conversation data.

5. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to access your Instagram Business account via the Instagram Graph API
• OpenAI — to generate AI replies to messages
• Supabase — to store account data, conversations, and leads
• Vercel — to host the platform

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete all data associated with your account, disconnect your Instagram account in the platform settings or contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
