How to delete your data

If you connected your Instagram Business account to Unovia AI and want to delete all data we hold about you, you have two options:

1. From the Unovia AI dashboard: Log in at amber.unovia.ai, go to Settings → Integrations → Instagram, and click Disconnect Instagram. This immediately deletes your access token, all stored conversation history, and associated lead data.
2. Via Facebook Settings: Visit facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites, find Unovia AI, and click Remove. This triggers an automatic data deletion request to our servers, which we process within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your Instagram Business account ID and Facebook Page ID
• Your access token and refresh token
• All conversation transcripts processed by your AI agent
• Leads captured by your AI agent
• Your Unovia AI account and settings

Check deletion status

After submitting a deletion request, you can verify the status by emailing us at palwabuson100@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Automated deletion callback

Our platform handles Meta's automated data deletion callback at POST /api/meta/data-deletion. When Meta sends a deletion request, we immediately queue deletion of all data associated with the affected user ID.
